God Will Turn it for Good
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)

God works in mysterious ways. As His children, we can trust that He is the very best father and takes the very best care of us. We can trust Him in all His ways. When we are going through tuff times, when we are struggling to keep our head above water, when it doesn’t turn out how we had hoped… we must remember to keep our eyes on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. We must walk by faith and not by site, knowing God has us in the palm of His hands, and He is working it all for our good and His glory.
Jesus tells us that He came to give us life, and life more abundantly. He also tells us that in this life we will have trouble, but to take heart because He has overcome the world. In Christ we always have hope, the blessed hope, the promise of what is to come… eternal life with the Father and the Son. In the Book of John, Jesus tells the disciples, peace I leave with you, and to let not your heart be troubled or afraid by what must take place, I go to prepare a place for you. He was about to be leaving them, but He was reassuring them you will see me again and it will all be okay.
There is calamity and turmoil all over the world. As the world becomes darker, the more we as Christians do not belong here and long for our true home… our heavenly eternal home. On that day when we reach the pearly gates and walls of precious stones, when we walk the streets of glory and the sea of glass, there will be no more death, no more pain and no more tears. Hallelujah and glory to God!
Remember in your trials and suffering, you have the great comforter, the Holy Spirit living right inside of you. You are not alone, you will never be alone in Christ, and one day we will finally get to meet our Lord face to face… I can only imagine!
